The hotel is nicely situated right in front of the sea, offering a good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. However, the room’s view is obstructed by the restaurant, and the breakfast options are limited, repeating the same menu constantly.
The hotel offers a pleasant stay with good air conditioning in the rooms, although the view is partially blocked by the restaurant. The rooms are in good condition overall, but the bathroom is old and dirty. The service is friendly but could benefit from clearer training in CITRUS hospitality. The location is excellent, right in front of the sea with a very good breakfast available. The dining options are diverse with Sri Lankan cuisine and fish choices. The facilities are satisfactory, with room for improvement in certain areas.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was amazing, right on the beach with a delicious breakfast, but the outdated bathroom in my room was a letdown. The service was top-notch, thanks to the attentive staff, yet there were some delays in getting orders. The dining options were varied, catering to different tastes, which was a plus. However, the crazy busy beach area wasn't as relaxing as I had hoped.
